  • Process and fulfil your skip hire booking
  • Arrange delivery, collection, and exchange of skips
  • Process payments securely via Worldpay
  • Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, scheduling, updates)
  • Apply for road permits on your behalf where required
  • Comply with waste carrier regulations and SEPA requirements
  • Issue Waste Transfer Notes as legally required
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract performance — processing is necessary to fulfil your skip hire booking and deliver the services you have requested

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

  • Booking and customer records — 7 years (as required for tax and regulatory compliance)
  • Waste Transfer Notes — minimum 2 years (as required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990)
  • Payment records — as required by financial regulations
  • Enquiry correspondence — 12 months after resolution

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
